Health is a huge issue with the military. It would be very doubtful that they could take you on full time. You could always ring recruiting and ask them. Having a heart condition though would make you undeployable so that alone would probably make them reject an application. You don't know unless you try though, so give recruiting a ring and see what they say. Usually though someone with a heart condition would get a full medical discharge.

most likely you will be DQ'd, especially with the back problem. Marines and AF grant the fewest number of medical waivers and the fewest number of waivers period. Your chances for either are slim to none. Same with Navy. Depending on the official diagnosis regarding your heart and the limitations on your back, you may also be DQd from Army as well.

You must provide every scrap of medical records you have on both conditions to a recruiter, who will send them up for a pre screen at MEPS. the Docs there will then decide whether or not to recommend you taking t he physical, deny it altogether or request more information. If they allow to to take the Physical, you can still be DQ'd, with or without a recommendation for a waiver. The Final authority does have the power to deny or grant the waiver, regardless of what the MEPS doctors recommend.

The heart issue will automatically disqualify you. The military simply won't want to risk your health.

Apply in the military so that you will know that you are medically fit. There is no harm in trying.
