No. You were arrested for a crime, not a misspelled name. Any error can be amended in court.

Because of a misspelled name? Not hardly. Your SS and DOB are still the same and many people spell their name differently or use an alias and it doesn't help them either.

Don't get arrested and there won't be a problem of any kind to worry about :) :)

If its a minor offense like a traffic ticket, it might get dismissed.

For serious offenses, most states have rules about allowing the name to be corrected. Bottom line is that it is the defendant's responsibility for correcting any typos on his name if he cares.

Law enforcement ultimately identifies you by your fingerprints not by your name. So they do not really care how many different ways your name is spelled by different agencies or how many aliases you use. They all go into the database as possible names that you have used.

No.

Don't do the crime and you won't have to do the time, no matter what your name is or how it is (mis)spelled.

No, your name will still be mis-spelled. They will probably get it right on your prison ID.
