God is Good All the time!~

I am continually amazed by His grace and love and the multitude of blessings he pours out on a wretch like me.

What have I done for him? Thank Him and praise Him and try to do the right thing. And raise my children to know Him.

Wow God has done so much for me this week!! See I am deaf and my Hearing aid broke while I was at work!! So I prayed that God would help me through the day!! And sure enough amazingly I was able to talk to customers without stuggling with communication!! My boss was amazed at me and couldn't believe what he was seeing!! God worked a miracle in my life just long enough for me to get my hearing aid fixed!! Isn't God awesome!! Unfortunately, I haven't done much for Him!! I talked to Him all the time and thank Him for His blessings that He has given me in my life!! But nothing I ever do will ever equal the amount of what He has done for me. He is always there and always willing!!

Q) What has God done for me recently?

A) I've been praying for years about a situation involving my family, and God has graciously answered that prayer in a way I never imagined. I'm still in awe! God is so amazing, and He gives us much more than we ask for or deserve. Matthew 7:11 is absolutely true in this situation: "If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!"

Q) What have I done for Him?

A) Not enough. I can never repay Him for all He's done for me. I can only strive to act and speak in ways that might please Him and bring Him glory. And, far too often, I find my efforts failing. I'm thankful He loves me anyway and that He's not finished with me yet! (Philippians 1:4-6)

You know, he hasn't done a damn thing for me this week. In fact, he borrowed $20.00 from me last Wednesday, and he's been avoiding my prayers and calls ever since. I should call the Pope and see what God's problem is. I think it's gambling. I'm pretty sure it was mentioned in the Book of Job, that he's always making bets with the Devil. Lately, humanity's been easy money for Old Scratch.

As to what I do for him? I listen. Most people just pray, or they try to mold God into this preconceived image they got from their parents. Me, I just listen. It's pretty boring stuff, really, love this person and forgive that person, it's like listening to a robot or an answering machine stuck on the same message.

He forgives you, by the way.

He has moved a mountain [a very big problem in my life] for me and I am still a schmock...Undeserving. I love him with all my heart. He knows. He is my Lord and saviour. I fall short. Everytime. He knows what I am willing to do for him. All he need do is ask. It is done. He asked. Tonight. I know my life will be changing very soon. Because I know and agree with the Lord. I have the kind of faith that no one can accept as real. It is. It has always been for me. And it will always be for me going forward. I pray. I get miracles.I move on. I Live. Sort of. I can not share.

God has given me another week of life. Reminded me that He loves me.

I haven't done anything for Him, but your question has reminded me that I need to stop and at least thank Him.

we have had the most spectacular fall colors this year and a stunning light snowfall a week ago, yes God did that for me and I am in awe of it.
I have done a few things for people but nothing I can do can compenaste or make up for what He has given me.
