Total? I don't know. If you are referring to Exodus and the plagues on Egypt, there were 10 (not necessarily in this order):

water into blood
frogs
flies
lice
locusts
the plague of boils
plague on the cattle
burning hail
darkness
the death of the firstborn males

Sorry, ladies and gents--it's 10. Check out Exodus 8-11. The plagues were:
Nile turns to blood, frogs, gnats, flies, livestock, boils, hail, locusts, darkness and the final one--death of the firstborn son.
