The Bible does talk about drying up of the River Euphrates (Rev. 16:12) which would prepare the way for the kings of the East. I don't know if the condition of Iraq is the reason Iran is flexing its muscles. We know from other passages that there is going to be an alliance of Russia (referred to as the king of the North which will invade the Holy Land) with another kingdom. Today we see an alliance between Russia and Iran. Iran is, by the way, the most vociferous enemy of Israel. Iran's President also talks about wiping Israel off the map of the world. It would be interesting to see how all this plays out and I'm sure the United States will have a major role to play too.

maximum in all danger, a peace treaty would be signed which will enable the Jews to rebuild the Temple. Then the Antichrist will set up his image interior the temple interior the Abomination of Desolation. Persecution will upward thrust up a great deal international against Christians and Jews in this term. basically, examine Matthew 24:3-28 for the failings which could be fulfilled till now Christ returns (His words, no longer mine). And so as which you are going to be attentive to precisely what His return would be like and not be deceived, examine Matthew 24:20-31, Revelation 6:12-17 (the 6th seal), 2Thess 2 (to substantiate time-physique), and 1Thess 4.

Well the best way to know is to open the Bible and find out if what is going on is exactly what the Bible says would happen! Then decide for yourself if it is true or not!! Don't take what other's say that the Bible says and believe them!! Read it yourself and find out if it sounds right to you!! If it seems like it to you that what the Bible says about the war is true then maybe it is!! And if not well maybe it's not!! But it's not for anyone to to say as a fact!! It's just an opinion that people have!!

Wars * Period are a fulfillment of Bible Prophecy, Not the Iraq war per se.In a prophecy with implications for us today, Jesus outlined a composite sign that included wars, food shortages, earthquakes, pestilences, and persecution of Christians preaching about God’s Kingdom. (Matthew 24:4-14)

The bible says no one knows when Jesus will come again, so John Haggee can take a flying leap. People like him are involved in a power trip telling others how to live their lives and preying on the insecurities of weak people.

No, it is the result of ignorance and arrogance combined with political power.

If the entire world (plus one-half of your own country) tell you that you are about to engage in a stupid and doomed to failure action that will result in broken lives, injury, and meaningless death for millions of people - not to mention your nation's standing in the world community - and you proceed because, you say, "God told me to"; that is not biblical prophecy - it is insanity. It is George Bush.

Biblical prophecies are mythological stories and folk tales made up by quasi-historic semi-nomadic tribes of illiterate Semitic goat herders that: lived thousands of years ago; thought that the earth was flat; lacked all modern knowledge and technology; and who actually had to appeal to their God for a ruling on whether it was OK or not for them to have sex with their livestock.

You will excuse the rest of us if we do not look them as geniuses or role models, or take their primitive and backward beliefs seriously.

I don't know of any particular prophecy concerning this. But I do think that the USA is there for God's purposes, however cloaked they might be.

maybe to george bush, just like the other failed american project that turned against them, bin laden.
if they don't want killing they shouldn't organize it , fund it, or back it , then act like victims when it backfires.
