Hello, I'm a personal trainer and my favorite exercises are ball crunches, bicycle crunches and reverse crunches.

But unfortunately exercises by themselves don't give you a flat stomach. They help a little, but you need to lower your body fat.

Check out this site, I'll attach a link to a page with ab workouts but it has tons of exercises and diet tips.

cardio - running, jogging, hiking, swimming, rope jumping, elliptical etc. 4-6 times a week for average of 45min

The old fashion sit ups will do it.

crunches all the way, it works miracles.
