Nitinol (memory) wire usually comes in lenghts. I need one made into a circular loop in order to make a heat engine

You might try making a loop yourself, while nitinol is difficult to solder, it can be done if an suitable (aggressive) flux is used.

you got yourself some spade end hooks, pop into a tackle shop and buy a hook tyer the one I have used for the last 20 years is called matchman , and is made of black plastic and comes with very clear and easy to follow instructions.
