Leukocytes are all your white blood cells (neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, monocytes and lymphocytes). Antibodies are a portion of your immune system that marks recognized foreign invaders for destruction. B lymphocytes are responsible for creating antibodies and cytotoxic T lymphocytes and macrophages (differentiated from monocytes) are responsible for attacking the foreign body.
