Melatonin most effective labored as soon as for me. Sleeping capsules had horrible aspect results. Cough treatment made me suppose groggy however now not sleepy. Alcohol... Not historical sufficient to trink. I have the equal disorders.....

If you're worried about side effects, you shouldn't be since melatonin is a chemical naturally produced in the body.
