STD- chlamydia and gonorrhea have those symptoms. It could be a UTI (urinary tract infection) which easily goes away with anti-biotics. To get rid of the pain try taking Azo Standard (you can get it at any pharmacy). It could also be a kidney stone trying to pass through.

You've got a UTI (urinary tract infection) which can spread to your kidneys if not treated with antibiotics. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Some people find that drinking cranberry juice helps keep the infections away. You definitely need to see the doctor, because if you are sexually active, it could also be an STD (sexually transmitted disease). I've found that if you urinate after having sex, it will help prevent the UTI.

It could mean you have an infection or something in your urethra irritating it.
You should tell your doctor and go get checked out to find out what's wrong so you can get treated.
