It doesn't have one. It uses an Auto Shut-Down relay instead (aka ASD relay). It controls both fuel and spark and cuts them both out when in an accident, and when it goes bad, can prevent teh vehicle from getting fuel and spark.

The relay is in the fuse/relay block under the hood and usually has other's that are the same. Easy way to check it is to swap it with a known good relay that operates something else on the car.

------ Since you added asking about a reset, I'll clarify: There is no reset switch on that vehicle.
It's all controlled automatically through the ASD relay, it is designed to default to off when it goes bad or is unplugged for safety reasons (don't want it to get hit in a wreck and keep pumping fuel since the relay got damaged). There's several relays that are the same in the fuse/relay box under the hood. Swap the ASD relay with another known good relay to see if it fixes the problem. If it does fix it, then buy a new relay for around $15 at the dealer and you're done. If it does not fix it, you have a different problem such as bad fuel pump, bad crank or cam sensor, bad coil, etc.

The relay is a pretty common problem and fixes a lot of no-start complaints.

It dosn,t have one. Just a seperate fuel pump relay from the ASD relay. And it's controled by the PCM, as is the ASD relay.
