No, but if for some reason someone decided to try and do something about it, you can lay the blame on the creators of the game

If you are having doubts about doing it, then don't do it.
Too many people nowadays like to sue other people for the most "lack of common sense" reasons.
Remember a couple years ago McDonald's getting sued because a driver spilled hot Coffee in his lap?
This is a perfect "lack of common sense" example, but yet the Courts sided with the idiot driver, who won millions.
Your inner voice tells you not to do it, so don't; avoid the possibility of getting sued.

Wow, are people that concerned about lawsuits these days? No, you won't get in any trouble. If you want, you could always post a disclaimer.

Put a disclaimer at the beginning saying something like
"WARNING"
"Watch at your own risk"
Not sure if that will really keep you from liable if someone had a heart attack or not but at least they were warned first.

I first saw this done about 3 years ago. Have not heard about anyone getting sued over it.

Yes, I will come over to your house look in the window and go "booga booga". (actually I could get in trouble for that but you can't for what you described).

No, not for a harmless prank on your friends that is not malicious in nature.

It really depends. If you don't feel that it is right then all by means don't do it. Use your best judgement.
