Hello I am 13 years old and I am kind of a goofy girl! I like to have fun and focus on boys... I am trying to become more reserved and descret, and focus on studies. I can not modivate myself to change though. I really don't like who I am now... Let me give you some examples of what I do now and what I would like to do.
1. I mess around in school
2. I kind of slack around with responibilities I have
2. I am very loud and kinda weirs
I would like to be like this
1. Shy, and discreet
2. Reserved and quite
3. Respectful and organized
4. Understand how to respect my body
I know this sounds weird but I did not know what else to do... Please help me! Give me tips anything!

Hello young lady. You need to be yourself. Don't force yourself to change over night. Change happens over time. Nothing you listed there seems critical to me. Your goals are good - but it's more important to be yourself. If you are fighting your natural behaviors you won't be as happy, and other people won't perceive you as fun as you really are. Discreet is good - but you don't want to become "shy." I don't think you really intended to say you literally wish to be 'shy' - but I don't want to assume anything. Not sure what you mean by "respect" your body. To respect your body - do NOT do these things: smoke, drink alcohol, take any kind of illegal drugs, eat tons of junk food, drink gallons of soda ... to respect your body - DO do these things - drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables every day, exercise every day (even if it's just taking a 30 minute walk after dinner.)

Respect your parents, teachers and other elders - but never be afraid to ask them questions, especially if you don't understand why they ask you to do something, or explain something that doesn't make sense to you - always ask them for clarification in a calm, respectful manner.

well. it's really what you make of yourself now.
be the change that you want to be and see.

when you want it, you feel it,
it becomes a desire and with this
you crave a change.

make it happen.
i don't think tips will do much for you.
because you already know what you want to be like,
now begin, it's pretty simple too.

there's something called being lazy and i'm sure you aren't but people who are just don't get anywhere.

One of the best pieces of advice I know as far as changing your ways is to pretend that you're all the things you want to be. Soon, the pretending will become reality. It does take time, but it does work.

to be honest u should have fun but not go crazy

u dont sound like a bad kid..

but ur the only one that can do that.. there are not no secrets to it.. just do it..

work on loving yourself the way you are. because that is the starting point to change. work on accepting yourself. just try to love the parts you mention. as if they were your child who was misbehaving.
