ensure that the plug is plugged contained in the right position. many times the fairway one. If thats no longer the case pass to start up/settings/administration panal/sound and audio units. examine to verify if each and every of the volumes are up and if the computing gadget is conscious that the audio gadget are conected, it would want to easily be on mute aswell. also i dont imagine your computing gadget is lacking a soundcard, motherboards in pcs many times have intergrated sound in recent times.
