That's sexual misconduct or sexual assualt and leading to a rape charge if he goes all the way and penetrates you while you keep saying no. If you really mean no you should tell him he is committing a crime removing your clothes. Better yet, why even be near him and let him have the opportunity?

If a guy tried to take my cloths off I would kick his ***. If you said no and he did it any way it is absolutely not alright. It was really wrong and you should get help.

If someone tells a guy not to take his clothes off, its normally a reason for it, so the best thing to do is....STAY DRESSED!!!!

the guy should be able to respect your wishes and stop at that point. if he can't it's a sign of a lack of respect for you and likely a lack of self control as well. his will should be able to overcome that so it should never be an excuse.
