Everyone would like to think people in England speak better English, but if you have had occasion to listen to a common person from Britain speaking, you know that is definitely not the case. There is no region of the world where better English is spoken. Realistically, quality English is only accomplished on an individual basis and it has nothing to do with geography.

USA of course. Besides English we have added parts of more other languages than what has been stuck on the island.

why in australia of course...they speak grade A english down under.
