Well if your a minor, then everything is in your favor. everyday on tv news or paper, theres tons of stuff about teens winning lawsuits because of unfair treatment or this and that. So if no one in that individual store will believe you or speak up, you should take the incident to a higher level such as branch manager or corporate and whatever else you can get your hands on. Get your parents involved, the more the better. Also if you felt like you were abused on hurt, then this incident should not for any reason be kept secret, dont settle for less, love yourself and find a better and more paying job if possible. Think about it, i'm sure when you signed all those papers before you were hired, you came across the ones that talk about mistreatment and equality and all that good stuff. Get those out, find information and contact numbers and SPEAK OUT! lol

She should have talked to everyone else. Ask your parents to intervene. Nobody should lay there hands on you. If you cannot get anywhere with the store manager go over her head. She reports to someone and there is a corporate office. Find those numbers and call someone. Don't let this slide. Good luck.

The manager believes you but isn't going to do anything because she is a wiener and is afraid to get fired. I'd find another job because when something like this happens it all goes downhill from that point on.

did you get the workers to say this to teh store manager? next time you meet the boss, try and meet her under a security camera and tell the store managert to look at the footage

No you showed up late for work and gave your boss attitude by walking away from her.Its not because youre a minor thats just how some people are, they wont come forward because They dont want to lose their jobs.Theyre probably going to fire you now for making accusations.You shouldve just kept quiet.Because now youre going to lose your job.YOu do need to tell your parents though.
