I've read enough that I'm intrigued. And I do think it's possible. Could be he mastered the power of the mind or something. Maybe i've been reading too many quantum physics books lately..

roman historians wrote about Jesus, so he most likely existed as a person. They didn't seem to think he was the important of a figure however.

He performed CPR, big deal. Like the Greeks and Egyptians didn't already understand the workings of the human body.

I've read that he could have been a Reiki master because of different hand placements in pictures. But of course those pictures were drawn centuries later. And really, who knows if there was a singular person Jesus who did those things? All that stuff was recorded so long afterwards...and you know how stories get embellished over the years? I've definitely read that some of the Biblical references to specific rulers who were supposedly around at the same time actually lived more than 100 years apart. Some people think the Jesus that we think of (tall, dark, handsome, beard, long hair) is a composite of several (or more) people.
But sure, anything's possible. Of course, if it's quantum physics or power of the mind that most people just haven't harnessed, it's not supernatural - just unusual.
Namaste.

I guess it's possible that Jesus had supernatural powers, since everything is possible. But it really is unlikely- no other known person has exhibited the same qualities in the following thousands of years. The Bible must be taken as symbolism, and Jesus' supernatural powers must also be seen this way. For example, perhaps Jesus did not physically restore a man's sight, but led the man on a healthier psychological path by introducing him to Christianity. Because there have been no others with Jesus' powers, and because the only resource we have that tells of Jesus' powers is unreliable, it's pretty doubtful that he actually had supernatural powers.

Personally I think the evidence against his existence is overwhelming enough to make any sane person believe he was a mythological character that never even walked the Earth...But the idea that Jesus had existed and even did any of the miracles described by people, whom never wrote about him until 60-150 years after his supposed death, would be a miracle in itself...The hearsay accounts would only do through so many ears before the character was made into a God...Example...Hercules.

There are reports of such abilities in traditions world wide. But in this case, no, since he never existed. (1)
Edit: There are no credible reports of Jesus in Any text. All the Roman and other historian data has been shown to be a forgery of later writers or otherwise debunked. The source I site will help clear this up for you as well.

Chris Angel and other magicians do things amazing all the time. Jesus was a con man who used illusions and trickery in crappy stunts that people talked about and re-told until it snowballed into a ridiculous story. Robin Hood, Wyatt Earp, all larger than life as well. Maybe in 1,000 years they will have their own religions. Oh yeah, King Arthur too.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. There is zero evidence except for a book of stories written decades after Jesus was said to exist. No eye witnesses. No contemporary historical record of him even existing at all.
Based on that, I'm also to believe he could defy the laws of nature. Why would I give these claims even the slightest amount of legitimacy?

Yes, if he existed. I've been reading some of those books, too, like The Holographic Universe and The Synergistic Universe. Apparently paranormal abilities have been proven in the lab, and there are many other examples besides Jesus of people who could do remarkable things.

A significant number of non-Christian Americans, perhaps a third, actually believe in the Second Coming. I can track down the source, if you like.

If he did anything truly remarkable it would have been documented by other contemporary writers of his day.
The fact that even the Biblical account was written over a genneration after Jesus makes it hearsay and highly suspect.
