the females have a little less space between thier anus and genital opening that the males hope this helps

Boys have a further space between their anal opening and their genital opening. The femals are closer together. At this young it may be hard to tell, but the genital opening (the lower one) is also more of a slit on the girls. Your best bet is to compare two kittens of the same litter to see the difference in distance.

A male kitten will start to "show" in a couple months.

Two weeks is awfully young to even handle them, they should be undisturbed until 4 weeks, but here's how to sex kittens: if their posterior openings look like two dots (:) it's a boy, a semi-colon (;) it's a girl.

I'm not sure if it is too soon but usually the girls butt and vagina are close together and the boys have a larger space in between butt and penis. I bet if you used google images you'd find a picture or illustration.
