You have 2 choices, tell the doctor at MEPS the truth and let the cards fall where they may, you may or may not get in, or keep your mouth shut and hope the scoliosis or swollen lymph-nods don't affect you going through training and or on the job.

The Navy will check you out to see if you are physically qualified. Under certain conditions, they might allow you to join but may restrict you to certain rates.

I am not sure. You will have to pass the physical.
The Navy is drawing down personnel, so their enlistment requirements are more strigent than in the past.

depends on the degree of curvature. anything less than 17% and you are fine. More than that is a DQ.
