As hard as it may be you need to confront them both and bring it out in the open; it will only get worse and more hurt for your sister.

You need to tell first your parents and be very specific about what is happening and when this has happened. Second, you need to bring it to your sister (with your parents) and tell her. She will probably be angry with you or defend her husband so be prepared for this, but she will come around. Your parents will help you bring this issue to the authorities if that is warranted. Don't ignore this or try to handle it on your own. If you can't go to your parents, go to a teacher or guidance counselor at school, just be prepared to describe the situations, where, when, how and what. Having those facts will also help your sister to come to terms with what is happening.

Okay start with a firm choke hold them move down and apply pressure to the lower rib cage until you feel a snap them pull back and tell him if he ever tries to molest your sister you will finish what you started. then go and tell his wife what you did and why, when you are a man to admit you protected your sis them she should be woman enough to get a divorce and start over, child molesters make me sick.

Tell your sister, your mom, and if they don't believe you, the cops.
There is nothing worse than knowing that you could have done something but hesitated.

Talk to your parents about it immediately. I would not go to your married sis right away with this one as she is liable to not believe you. This really needs to be handled by an adult.

tell your mom first and then the two of you tell your sis, that way she won't get angry with you and think you are lying. If mom is involved she is more likely to pay attention, but whatever you do don't let the sleaze ball get away with it.

Tell your parents. Either your mom, your dad or both might knock the living **** out of him. And he deserves it the freak.
