Assuming you're talking about professionals such as Mayflower, Allied, North American, etc, no.
If you go the DIY route with Uhaul, Ryder, or Penske, bear in mind that these are vehicles that are larger and heavier than most people are used to and will result in lower MPG, but the offset is that it'll be way cheaper than having professionals do it for you.
If you're going to tow a vehicle behind your rental truck, or a rental longer than 14-17 feet, put your foot down with the dealer and ask for a truck equipped with a diesel. True, diesel #1 or diesel #2 tends to be higher priced than gas in most states, but diesels are generally more fuel efficient when hauling larger loads.

NO! Or i've not found one yet ,but you could buy some boxes and have friends come over to help you pack and rent a uhaul that would your best cheap out good luck!
