Doctors usually ask about:

1. Heart disease and high blood pressure
2 .Diabetes
3. Cancer

They like to know which side on the family and if it is from a parent or grandparent. Those are the top 3 that are usually of a concern. Good luck with your meeting.

1. Diabetes
2. Heart disease
3. Glaucoma (eye disease)
4. Mental illness

Ask if they know if anyone in the family has had any of the above (and any others that are thought off, or that they can think of) and be sure to have a pad of paper to write it all down.
