You may not be revoked, but you could be looking at a 30day suspension, depending on the state where you reside. At this point you don't have moving violations, however, driving without insurance, then failing to get a simple emission test done so that you could register the car, is just irresponsible. What exactly would you do if you had gotten into a wreck, and didn't have insurance to pay for the damages? You don't have the privlege of driving, if you don't have the common courtesy of carrying insurance.

Well, worst case the lack of insurance (repeatedly) and driving without registration can actually get you some weekends of road crew work. (Not to mention your car towed away)

Your excuse that you actually havent had any accidents or killed anyone is pretty lame if you consider adding the word 'yet' to that sentence.

One accident with no insurance and you will be paying some serious cash to the other party (and kiss your *ss goodbye if they are injured)..

Those combined with your other issues will make the judge consider if you are a scoflaw (look it up if you have to) and judges have a special place in their anus for people who just ignore what everyone else has to do (to wit: Hilton, Spears, and other celebs that have recently seen the inside of the County facilities or been on the losing side of a judges humor)

Clean up your act BEFORE you go in for your latest problems .. that will help you a bit.

You act like insurance violations are something minor. They aren't, they are major and can cost you your license for a longer period.

The main thing is this: when you appear in court they are going to ask you "Did you get your emissions done and your registration up to date?" If you answer yes they will ask you to show them. If you don't have it done it will be worse on you, so get it done, pay whatever fine they give you, get your license back and stay in compliance with the law from now on.

The violations you listed are More than MINOR insurance violations. In my state you would have your license revoked large fines and up to 1 year in county jail
