actually Florida is what is known as a RV friendly state, to establish residency there all you have to do is rent a po bx and get a Florida drivers licence. I live in my RV and travel south in the winter and north in the summer and Florida was the only state where I was able to do this in order to have a "residence" for purposes of insuring my vehicle etc.

I believe that you have to reside in the state of Florida for one year and show proof that you pay taxes.

You must first be over 75, drive with your blinker on, and have a pension for high rise white pants.
After that it's pretty much like declaring residency anywheres else.
