Where are you? You might check out Christ Catholic Church International, St Johns Catholic Church, Polish National Catholic Church. Or possible any of the other 22 Rites in communion with Rome.

I am not sure where you are from but you might want to seek out the more ornate Catholic houses of worship in your area. Perhaps you Arch Diocese's Cathedral, even small towns can have houses of worship with extremely inspiring decor.

Maybe, all you need is to spend time in your current parish church alone, between Masses. Sometimes it's spiritually fulfilling just going into a church building and sitting down in solitude and silence. This can work wonders as well, if you let it work.

It is a shame you feel lost. However there is a smorgasboard of Christianity out there. Whatever appeals you can probably find.

I liked Masses to some extent but felt that there was a lack of community. A friend invited me to a Latin Mass and I haven't looked back.

Whatever you do don't listen to sheep who chant tired slogans about Catholics not thinking for themselves. Many of the greatest minds in history were Catholics who didn't restrict themselves to soundbyte thinking like that. They made decisions based on reasoning not slogans. Don't shut down your mind and go with the contemporary flow. Exercise your mind and free choice to work out where you should be. There is something greater and more fulfilling to be found.
