Girl im soo sorry! ok here is what i would do, look yourself strait in the mirror and dont look at anything bad about yourself, mind over matter, look at everything you like about yourself and if u are binging then im sure u are skinny enough and even if your not, it doesnt matter, its ur inside that does. Weigh yourself and look up for your height and age at what is the healthy weight. After that dont look at the scale ever again (well not at least for another month). It is proved that its unhealthy to weight yourself too much. Eat what you want, dont throw up after words, just get some food into your system but dont over eat. Keep a healthy balanced diet. exercize but NOT TOO MUCH! just a 10 minute walk would be fine. The best treatment is your own. It is a psychological disorter as well so just think mind over matter. GOOD LUCK! ;) (p.s. listen to beautiful by christina agulara lol)

Do you eat all your meals like this? Or do you skip meals which could cause you to feel more hungry? My advice would be to place 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day and 2 or 3 snacks also within that time frame. Try not eating late at night, since that will lead you to not feeling hungry in the morning. Start to drink around 8 glasses of water a day and that should take away some of the cravings also. It also could be just boredom, so maybe you just need to find something to occupy your mind and not get complacent. If that doesn't work, you could try weight watchers, even if you aren't overweight it will keep you to a plan and make eating more like a game. I've been on weight watchers before and it does help, its more of a lifestyle change than anything. My problem was that I would get bored and just continuously eat and eat, so now that I'm in college boredom is not a real factor anymore since my mind is occupied as well as my time. Hope that helps.

prozac most of the time can cause more problems.
Doctor don't alway know what to give a person so if you have any problem with any meds be sure to fill you doctor in on .
all of that is going on.
keep a daily diary, even list your sleeping habits how your body feel, if your body fuctions are working properly, every thing is important. Phsyical and metaly then take it with you on your visit. try working with out the prozac

Group therapy can be rather useful for things that are secretive and isolating. Check out if there are resources in your area. Your therapist should be able to help you if you mention your difficulties. You should talk about this in therapy. The whole point of the therapy is to address your issues, no matter what they are and if you are avoiding this one then you are avoiding a pretty large part of your issues right now (because you say it is consuming your mind). You might be surprised how much better you feel when you share with your therapist. And they might have resources for you. Good luck...there are many who feel as you do, the trick is finding them!

Go back to the doctor who prescribed the Prozac for you and explain all of your symptoms. You might want to see a psychiatrist if you haven't been previously seeing one. Keep going to therapy. Sometimes it takes a long time but your therapist should be able to give you an estimate about how long he/she thinks it'll take. I am sorry you are having such a hard time and I hope you find something that will work for you. God bless.

Tell your psychiatrist that the prozac isn't doing the job and you want to try something else. Tell your therapist that you want to work on some coping mechanisms to help you with the binge-eating problem.
Take care

I think at this point you should consider an inpatient program. 30 days minimum. You need to be monitored and really begin to uncover your demons and find out WHY you do this to yourself.
Please hang in there and get extra help soon. YOu have a beautiful life ahead of you if you want it...
