Why do you say Jesus and satan are brother's? The Bible clearly states otherwise. Is the Bible wrong?

imamomo you need to read those scriptures again! Not a single one of them talk about Jesus and Lucifer being brothers or spirit brothers. Angels were a seperate creation from man.

None of those scriptures clearly state anything except that Satan was cast out of heaven. Lucifer was called the son of the morning (hey, there's the scripture in Isaiah), and Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God in the flesh. So we have 2 sons here, one was cast out for rebellion and became the devil who tempts us to this day. Revelation talks about the war in heaven where Lucifer and his angels were cast out. That's it. Your scriptures disprove your own point.

Jesus Christ was Heavenly Father's only BEGOTTEN Son, meaning, the only Son He fathered in the flesh as well as in spirit.
Since you obviously don't interpret any of the Bible verses given you the same way we do, I won't go into all the spirit children things, but Lucifer was a son o he Morning, but he fell and now, he's no body's heir of anything.
To say "Mormons believe Jesus and Satan are brothers" is totally misleading and the fact that you give an anti-Mormon site (UTLM) leads me to beleive that you are ascribing to us beliefs and doctrines tat we just do not have. Satan is no one's brother, spirit or otherwise. Lucifer was a spirit child, butno better than anyone else.

Read this, but I doubt you do not really understand what you read.
Let me briefly explain, Lucifer was with God, he is one of the sons, yet rebelled, and became Satan. and Michael fought against Lucifer, and over come Lucifer with the power of Christ.
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
(Old Testament | Isaiah 14:12)
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
(New Testament | Revelation 12:7 - 11)

Hey dummy,
You need to read your bible again. Revelations 12 only has 17 verses not 36
The false prophet spoken of in Rev 19:20 is The Anti-Christ.
You show me anywhere in any LDS teaching past a present that the LDS church has taught doctrine specifically against Jesus Christ.
Sorry but your scrammbled way of thinking has you behind the 8-ball.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, in the flesh. However, we believe that we are all spiritual sons and daughters of God, which is taught over and over again in the Bible.
Deut. 14:1
Ps. 82:6
Hosea 1:10
Mal. 2:10
Matt. 5:48
Matt. 6:9
Acts 17:29
Rom. 8:16
Eph. 4:6
Heb. 12:9
Edit: I was referring to your hold-up on John 3:16 that says that Jesus is the ONLY BEGOTTEN

Yes, the Bible does seem rather clear on this topic.
Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

Interpretation, my friend. We believe ALL created spirits are sons and daughters of god...that means you, me, Hitler, President Bush, your neighbor, Jesus Christ, Lucifer and all who followed him...we are all sons and daughters of God. We are all His creation.
That said, we are obviously not all physical brothers and sisters... so really, calling Jesus and Lucifer (he became satan after being cast out of heaven and his followers cast out as well) brothers isn't accurate because Jesus had a physical body and Satan never will.
We view everyone who ever lived or will live, even those who were cast out of heaven, as children of God. That's it.

The Bible says just the opposite.
Satan (Lucifer) was the spiritual creation of God the Father. Jesus (Jehovah) was the spiritual creation of God the Father. They were both male.
What do you call two males who have the same Father? Right - Brothers!!!!!!
