It is bad to drink gasoline but, sometimes people will swallow a little when they are siphoning it. They should drink milk or water slowly. They will have to burp and will smell the fumes of the gasoline but they should be OK. They should not drink any carbonated beverages or the gasoline could get into their lungs and that is very dangerous. They should not force themselves to throw up either.

I'm glad that you made it clear that the gas is for cars.I only drink gas for lawn care equipment,in moderation of course.I'll sip on paint thinner in the morning before work and have a few cups more before noon.With my lunch I'll have a "Biggie"diesel,diet of course.When I get home I'll have a six pack of good ole gas.My side is killing me.Damn Taco Bell!

Well since gasoline isn't meant for drinking I would guess it wouldn't be too good to do.

Call the Poison Control center or the hospital for advice. DO NOT VOMIT PETROLEUM PRODUCTS! It can cause aspiration pneumonia.....
