I got a new job and met a guy. He seemed into me; asked me for my number, said I was pretty and called me that same night and we talked until 3am. That's how it started. Off and on we text each other and at first, it was him more than me, and I liked the attention.
Then, he said I got clingy, which i can't really deny. We had only one official date before it turned into what seemed like straight booty calls. I kind of got the idea, but everytime i would stop talking to him, he'd say he missed me or something like that and made me think, O, maybe he's not just a booty call. I'd fall for it everytime too.
Then I quit my job to look for a better job and higher pay. 4 days after i quit, I came back to talk to someone about a new position that opened. Apparently, the guy i hooked up with told this girl we slept together 4x (it was 2) and i quit because of him, and I was too clingy. Why would he just tell someone that? should i confront him? get even? still be friends? I'm mad...

yea, the girl at work said he seemed like he was bragging about it. Also- sad part is, I thought we were still cool- I haven't talked to him since thursday and today i text him good morning. Stupid me..

i would simpily forget about him. he isnt worth wasting your brain power. guys will be guys sometimes.
by just forgetting about him, not calling him- is going to make him think he isnt good enough (and he isnt) he may not think too hard on this, but it will cross his mind nonetheless.. sometimes guys just brag because they think it makes them look cool.

Maybe he thinks that is why you quit.You really just need to talk to him.Sounds like a misunderstanding but these things will always happen when you put sex first and the relatiohsip last.
