Question from Muslim Community: True certified translation of The Holy Quran in every language.?

Question

When The Holy Quran in Arabic is same all over the world, how come there are so many versions (translations) available in other languages i.e. English, Urdu, Chinese, French, Germen, Hindi etc?

Is there any authority who can assume the responsibility to give assurance to the Muslims all over the world that The Holy Quran they study in their local language is exactly the same Quran which is revealed in Arabic language?

Is there any possibility that the authority who assumes the responsibility certifies a translated copy of The Holy Quran in every language which is distributed to relevant countries?

One such translated copy in each language may be held at some Library for future references.

Yes the genuine Qur'an is written in arabic.But its translation into several languages will be different because arabic words have different meanings.It depends on intonation and the realationship in other words..In Indonesia we have Religion affairs Minister and the association of muslim scholars who have the responsibility and authority for giving assurance to the muslims that the translation is correct.But I do not know in other countries especially in the country where muslim is the minority such as in India,UK,USA,French,Ger
man etc.I think the muslim scholars there should responsible for the corrrectness of Qoran's translation.Your suggestion is good.Saudi Arabia in cooperation with the muslim scholars in the related country as the rich islamic country where first Qur'an given by Allah through Muhammad pbuh can be the responsible country for certifying the formal translation of Qur'an into other language all over the world.

To me "Life Guru" has given a precise and satisfactory answer. However for the idiots who still think and consider that Sunnah is a practical explanation of Quran, here are a few points to think: 1- How can a divine, perfect, preserved, unchanging and indisputable source be interpreted by a complete converse source i.e. a- fabricated/non-divine, b- imperfect, non-preserved, c- changing at break neck speed during the first 2 centuries and then later for the next 2 - 3 centuries and then even now. d- DISPUTED. e- Having NUMEROUS contradictions within it. Just explain to me how this is possible ????????????????????? ----------- 2- Refuting the Quran's verdict that it is COMPLETE and PERFECT. Does this NOT amount to DISBELIEF and REJECTION of the Quran ?? And does this attitude NOT qualify us for Hell !!! and utter misguidance from God, + CURSE of God !!! ??? 3- For the Quran you are SURE that it is True. Every Muslim who testifies in the court uses the Quran for the oath !!! For the Hadith and Sunnat, it is STILL a debate whether it actually happened or not. NOT even the biggest hadith followers use the Hadith book for taking an oath or testimony. ------- Is this NOT hypocrisy??? They consider it an indispensable part of Islam, YET they do not consider it WORTH for an oath or testimony. Yet they are always ready to grind their teeth at the ones who would question it. And the Fatwa of Kufr is sitting on the tips of their tongues for any person who even dares to spell a concern in this regard. ---------------- Note: MY FINAL verdict about Hadith and Sunnat is : "They are NOT the worth the paper they are written on." And I feel SICK & tired of this Hypocrisy !!!
