You are in sad shape! Call the local dentist and find out how much they will charge to pull a tooth, and bite (no pun intended) the bullet and get it done and pay the guy, tooth extraction is not as expensive compared to most other dental work.
Go get it done, are you aware that an upper infected tooth can spread the infection to your brain and kill you, rare but it happens.
Cutekim, that is one of the most asinine things someone could say, telling a pregnant women to use an addictive drug to relieve the pain of a bad tooth. Please if you aren't going to try and help stick to other topics that won't hurt someone.

You will have to have it fixed. It can get infected, cause you problems with the baby and your brain. For tonight use a little warm salt water with a dollop of peroxide and baking soda. Make a little paste and brush that tooth to get the germs out. Don't use the peroxide too often, iyt's strong and not good to use a lot. Then take whatever the Dr. says you can take for pain while pregnant and call a clinic tom. If you can't get to someone close with your ins. they should allow you to see one close...ask for a waver. Bug them until they do something for you. Tell them you are pregnant and need to be seen now. Good luck. Salt water is ok for any time.

GO TO YOUR DENTIST RIGHT AWAY!!!! They will give you an antibiotic, not your OBGYN. Call the insurance and ask them for a name of someone you can see, they HAVE to tell you one. Don't get the tooth pulled if you don't need it pulled. The OBGYN will just send you to the dentist.

Go to ER. They will give you an antibiotic and some pain meds. Be sure to tell them you are pregnant. At 13w5d it is safe as long as you tell them so they know what to give you. Infection can harm the baby so you have to find some way to get the infection out until you can see a dentist.

Well, I'd just call a dentist and ask him what would be the best thing to do in your case. With your insurance and all. You may just have to put something over the counter on it if it hurts like Orajel or something like that.

If you can afford it, you might want to pay out of pocket. A child died from having an abscessed tooth in my area. I definitely know its not good for you baby.

See if you can get it pulled and pay out of pocket if you can.If you have to borrow the money.I know what an abcessed tooth feels like honey.I have prayed for the LORD to take the pain away before and HE did.I pray HE will for you too.I know how bad it hurts.Try holding a hot bottle of water wrapped ina towel to your cheek sometimes that helps.

You need to get it pulled, forget about who takes your insurance. If it's an emergency, and it sounds like it is, they should treat you regardless.
