"getting saved" is a hoax. your question proved that a person can deviate even after "getting saved". OK, ready to get your brain washed or get mesmerized again.

Pray pray and pray some more. Pray whether you feel like it or not! Pray that God will show you the way and will put the desire back into your heart. If you know He is missing, why have you not the desire to become close with Him again? You should try to figure that out too.

It sounds like you need to re-prioritize your life...and that means putting God first. First, you could start by just telling God how you feel, and tell him that, with his help, you'd like to try to build a relationship with him again. Trust me, one's life can never be totally fulfilled without God being the center of a person's life. I have found that out for myself. And the next step is going to church. Even if you don't have the desire, you should try to go, and God will honor this step. In order for you to grow closer to God, you must make a substantial EFFORT, and once you do, God will reveal himself to you more and more. It just takes reading his Word and praying to him on a daily basis. I hope I helped!

It's a decision of the will. Just pick up a Bible and begin to read. You may want to read Hebrews 11 or some other passages that deal with faith. Then go to church on Sunday -- just decide that next Sunday I am going and go!

You may have to look for a different church where the ministry is suited to your present challenge. Read the Bible daily and start out with short prayers. It will come together for you.

You should talk to God. You know, have a conversation. Try making God your best friend for a while, and things will get better. You may actually "feel" like praying. Tell God what you're grateful for and tell him that you need his help finding your way back "home". I do know how you feel, this has helped me in the past. I'll pray for you.

The Bible says that Jesus will never leave or forsake us.
Just ask Him to forgive you and start over. He said if we confess our sin He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. You left Him He didn't leave you. Begin again to read your Bible and pray. All a prayer is is the sincere desire of your heart making itself known to God. Just talk to Him like you would a friend----He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. Your prayers don't have to be fancy just talk to HIM and He will help you if you ask. God Bless You

Maybe you were just not happy with your church. It's ok to go "church shopping." Visit different churches and find one that makes you feel comfortable and excited about your faith again. Reading and praying are good to continue, but I think finding a church you feel YOU belong to really helps.

You are thinking correctly! And you have already started....by realizing your need. God says that He will NEVER leave you or forsake you. (Heb. 13:5) but you left Him. All you need to do is to confess your sin, repent, turn back to God, and you will be forgiven.(1John 1:9) The devil will continue to lie to you and make you FEEL that it is not working. You must make a CHOICE to turn back to God. DO NOT GO BY FEELING.
When you are weak God says that His strength is made perfect in weakness. (2 Cor.12:9)
He is just waiting for you.....to choose. I will pray for you to do this right now. Watch this.....

Once saved, always saved...He is right there waiting for you to come back to Him. I believe if you will put your faith and trust back in Him, you will find the happiness your heart is now lacking. He is the answer to all of our problems.....remember the Footprints in the Sand....only one pair and that is because God was carrying the author....that is what He does....just reach out and you will feel Him take your hand. We all go through these kind of times and doubts. Simply bow your head and ask for His guidance.
Good Luck and may He always bless you!!!

Once you are saved that is it. Go back to church, start praying and read your Bible.
God bless.
