How do you react when given a compliment from another co-worker?

I simply say, "Thank you." and I continue on with what I am doing. A good compliment is great! Not enough nice things are said these days. People work so hard and get so little appreciation. And then, when someone does say or do something nice, the 'politically correct' Hitlers come out of the dark and try to mess it up by screaming, 'Sexual Harassment". Don't fall into that trap! There are good people out there who speak honestly (no motive but to compliment you). Accept it with grace. And when the opportunity arises, pass that grace on to someone else. Blessings.

you just smile and say thank you. It's an art to take complement. you don't need to make big gesture. You should feel happy and proud.
