lo mejor es cuidarte / cuidarse or guardarte / guradarse

(Use te for informal, se for formal).

i don't know how to say that but maybe you could say:

debes tener cuidado
or just
ten cuidado

"cuidado" is watch out...it's pronounced "cuh-wee-dah-dough..."
