I been in The USA for 18 years i been brought here since i was 2yrs old and now I’m currently a college student an I’m stuck. I have 4 brothers I’m the oldest and all have been born here except me. My parents are illegally here. When i got out of High school it’s been hard since i been trying to be on my own. I can’t get a job anywhere except in a fast food joint and get paid under the table minimum wage. Which isn’t fair because i studied my *** off thru out H.S. i went out of my way to study extra college courses on weekends and after school. I Became A+ certified Networked certified and Security certified i also learned programming languages and webpage courses. But right when i became 18 my scholarships went out the window. I attempted to open my business and failed. Recently in Arizona Prop 300 was introduced which removed many scholarships that the government funded that are now denied to illegal’s an now im forced to pay out-off state tuition. Which i can’t afford?

The only thing you can do is go back to your country of birth with your parents and apply to come here legally. Otherwise, doors will always be closed in your face because you are illegal. You are seeing it now happening with the jobs you are able to get, and the scholarships you are no longer eligible for. It will not get any better for you.

You must go back before you are found out and deported. If so, there is at least a ten year wait until you can apply to come here legally.

For all this trouble you are experiencing, blame your parents.

No, unlawful immigrants can't connect the army. basically voters and green card holders, till you talk Arabic, Farsi, Dari or Pashtun and you're a minimum of right here legally in some sort of nonimmigrant prestige .

First of all I'd get a a green card and get a job and pay taxes. The American taxpayers are fed up and have finally wised up and created such protest against these handouts that they are drying up and will continue to do so. I'd say you have a serious problem. I have no sympathy since I put myself through college and worked and now owe $17,000.00 plus in student loans. So my question to you is who do I send the bill to for my tax dollars that were given away against my will? As for obtaining legal status you can check the below website.

Do you see what your parents have put you into? They should have worked hard and took the wages in thier country until they could come here legally, instead of coming here illegally, so now you have to work ten times harder.

Your parents are JERKS for putting you in harms way and not thinking of your future when they chose to come here illegally! Sorry to be harsh, but it takes a pretty bad person to put their children in a position where they are subject to big issues in their future. You have to realize that this is strictly out of selfishness and the want to make more money for the same work they could have done in their country by just moving to an area within and finding a job. It is also selfish to not do things right and file for visas and wait your turn. They have cut in line in front of HARDER working individuals who were waiting and doing things right. EVERYONE wants a better life, that is no excuse. TOO BAD you had to pay out of state tuition. EVERYONE from different states going to a college in a different state pays out of state tuition. Sorry, don't blame our country and government BLAME YOUR PARENTS.

All you can do is go to your country, file for a work visa, get someone to sponsor you (a job, friend, legal relative), wait your turn and return legally. This is the only way.

Again, your parents are at fault for all of this when all they had to do was file for work visas theirselves and wait in line. They failed to do so, now you are punished. This is not fair to you. If my parents did this to me, I would possibly be so angry I would disown them.

go back to the country you came from it will not get better for illegals in the U.S. and even if you do get a degree you will not be able to get a job with it as you will still have to prove citizenship. the sooner you get back to your country the sooner you will be able to apply for a legal means of entry to the U.S. look for the laws to change to penalize those who do not leave on their own. it's the only way we can discourage illegal entry. amnesty will not happen there are too many people who oppose it. politicians will back off amnesty as they want their jobs more then they want to cater to a small special interest group like la raza and mecha. believe me the numbers are not there to support an amnesty. look at the racial make up of the U.S. and you'll know it's time to go home of the 300 million U.S. citizens over half are white and that doesn't include the other racial groups who are anti illegals. illegals days are numbered in the U.S.

I hope you can't become legal. Lawbreakers are lawbreakers and we don't need any more. Go back where you came from and apply for legal residence and wait in line like the rest of the law-abiding immigrants. I just hope that because you're illegal, you are placed way back at the end of the line because those who want to come here legally and obey the laws deserve preferential treatment. Do you have any idea how many U.S. Citizens would give their right arm to have a scholarship funded by the government so they could go to college? When all the citizens get their education first and get all the scholarships first, then maybe we could consider giving some to foreigners. However, since I would have to pay out-of-state tuition to go to college in another state and I am a citizen, why should you get prefential treatment? I really don't care about you and would like to see you deported post haste! You are taking opportunities and rights away from law-abiding U.S. Citizens while you thumb your nose at our laws. Why don't you do the right thing and take your brothers and your parents back to your country of origin and come back the right way?

You haven't lost out completely. It will be hard to applied and at the same time ,not be deported.
I don't blame your parents for wanting better for the children, and you seemed to be determined to live the best life you can.
But, it's one of the many drawbacks to having not applied the correct way when you were first enter another country,by proper channels.
It will take sacrifice to correct it,but if U.S. citizenship is what you want. Then you need to go through it.
You have lost your education, you still have it.Many other students have studied their "hinnies off" and have goverment programs or funding ended. They can choice, give up or find another way!
You are living proof, that stereo typeing ,isn't true. You want to be an educated man,who will one day have his own buisness and be successful!
You are to be respected for being so young and going for what you want.
Even if you have to take a couple of years to straighten out your citizenship.
You've have a huge advantage, many others come.Without knowing english,no money,no idea of where or how to look for help. Use the advantages and creative mind you have to work things out!
Take care!

It should be fairly easy. Preference is given to relatives of Americans, and you have 4 brothers who are American citizens. You might have to wait until the next oldest hits 18. Check with a lawyer specializing in immigration.

If you were to go back to your country, wtf would you do there? You more than likely don't know anyone there, you would be stuck there just as much as you are here. That would be like sending a U.S born person, who has lived here their whole life, to Mexico or some other third world country and make them wait years to come back into their country. You are an American, you just don't have legal documentation here. Best thing you or anyone in your situation can do is get a lawyer.
