No, even the least experienced lab would be able to tell the difference. They don't test for caffeine, they only look for what they are testing, they don't care about anything else in the specimen they are examining.

No. Did you eat anything with poppy seeds in it. It is proven that sensitive drug tests can pick up traces of opium from the poppy seeds, even though you can't get high from it. It even appears in an episode of Mythbusters.
