"I" understand and won't let you down if you want to email me (remind me of your probs though, ok?). What I've been doing when everything goes wrong is to look the best I can and to just laugh at everything cuz it's absurd....it's really hillarious when you look back on things. You wonder, "What was I so sad about back then." I know all about depression as I'm bipolar myself. I do stupid things but then we all do them and we learn from our mistakes. I know it's easy for ME to say but I've been there for real (and still am at times) but it's better for your soul to laugh instead of cry....or you can do both....It's ridiculous how much pain people can carry around with them and think that no one has ever felt the way that YOU do. TRUST ME....it can always get better. There is no need to worry so....as I've said before, "Life is not a dress rehearsal." You need to try and make the best of what God has given to us. I'm not a horribly religious person but I do believe that God has a plan for all of us....we may not like what position we're in but He has a master plan...I posted a Garth Brooks song before to someone....maybe you can relate to it.....I know that "I" can....stay well and write if you need an ear, ok? Here goes nothing:
"Unanswered Prayers"
Just the other night at a hometown football game
My wife and I ran into my old high school flame
And as I introduced them the past came back to me
And I couldn't help but think of the way things used to be
She was the one that I'd wanted for all times
And each night I'd spend prayin' that God would make her mine
And if he'd only grant me this wish I wished back then
I'd never ask for anything again
Sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers
Remember when you're talkin' to the man upstairs
That just because he doesn't answer doesn't mean he don't care
Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers
She wasn't quite the angel that I remembered in my dreams
And I could tell that time had changed me
In her eyes too it seemed
We tried to talk about the old days
There wasn't much we could recall
I guess the Lord knows what he's doin' after all
And as she walked away and I looked at my wife
And then and there I thanked the good Lord
For the gifts in my life
Sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers
Remember when you're talkin' to the man upstairs
That just because he may not answer doesn't mean he don't care
Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers
Some of God's greatest gifts are all too often unanswered...
Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers

Ending it's not the reply. You won't suppose adore it now, however you'll now not suppose like this endlessly. Anyone who is misplaced a relative to suicide is aware of that probably the most toughest matters is, five years down the road, you understand that had they lived they might often be flawlessly comfortable. The majority of suicides (principally in younger men and women) aren't deliberate for greater than an hour earlier than hand; they're acts performed within the warmth of the second, while the "crimson mist" comes down. It's transitority. Some matters which I have determined handy ago: a million When it is all an excessive amount of, take day trip. Get a difference of surroundings, take a while off paintings/tuition, pass on vacation, or seek advice from peers. Use the time to take inventory and check out to determine what you wish out of the following couple of years, and how one can get there. They do not have got to be very colossal objectives, however each person demands some thing to try for. two Treat the purpose, now not simply the quandary. Medication can also be priceless within the quick time period, however it does not get to the foundation purpose of why you're feeling unhealthy. You do not point out any beyond stressful parties or insurmountable issues, so i wonder whether you're feeling unhealthy considering your mind is processing knowledge in a biased and unhelpful approach. If you have a tendency to overgeneralise, corresponding to "I had an issue with X this morning, so she have to particularly hate me / each person hates me / I am thoroughly unloved and unloveable" and so on, then you definately would wish to invite for a referral for cognitive behavioural remedy. "Therapy" and "counselling" don't seem to be neessarily the equal factor, so do not be eliminate one considering the opposite did not paintings. CBT is enormously potent in serving to you to difference your unhelpful proposal styles which can't handiest deal with despair however can restrict relapse, because it offers you the equipment to realise the unhelpful proposal styles and quit them of their tracks. You would now not be capable to get a referral immediately, however you might attempt to use a few methods from cognitive behavioural remedy. For illustration, if you have an provoking proposal corresponding to "my lifestyles goes nowhere, my lifestyles is over", say silently to your self, STOP!. And consider to your self 3 instances,"Things don't seem to be going too good for me now, however I have plenty to provide and I'm definite I'll uncover my approach ultimately" variety of factor. By doing this you're exchanging the unhelpful (and unfaithful) proposal with a extra functional and constructive one. It's practical, however it particularly works. It stops a bit setback from spiralling right into a colossal despair. three Count your benefits. Actually write them down on a work of paper, and hold it so as to add to every time you consider of some thing new. There's often greater than you consider. four Always keep in mind that nonetheless unhealthy matters suppose now, you'll now not suppose like this endlessly.

I have bipolar disorder and when i get in these funks I find that I sleep it off and then when I wake up I call whoever I need to to get help. Also another thing you could do is go for a run or find a punching bag and exercise out your frustration...this will also help to immediately lift your mood.
Don't make any decisions while you are feeling so negative and you need to tell your mental health team exactly what you need to get well. Be direct and clear, write it down ahead of time if you have to and take it to your session...remember that you need to want to get well in order for any treatment to be successful.

If you want things to change, you must use logic. Figure out what the problem is, and your options for solutions to your problem. Then, DO SOMETHING! Stop dating idiots, change schools if you don't like where you're at, change courses if you don't like what you're studying. If you do not have the strength or courage to make the changes, then have the gumption to grin and bear your situations. Good luck to you.
