He just lost his second straight fight to Jon FItch and mentioned possibly moveing down to the 155 pound division. Anyone know what he plans on doing now???

“I’m contemplating in my mind if I’m going to drop to (1)55 or not, because I’m a smaller welterweight. I could do more powerlifting and put some more weight on or I could lose some weight.“

He has yet to sign a fight yet. but I believe we will drop to 155, which might be a bad idea for him becasue the ufcs' 155 group is just as amped up as he is with more talented fighters. I could go for a diego sanchez vs Roger huerta fight.

He might go down in weight. In my opinion he should gain weight. Sanchez is at his best when he is imposing his will on someone. He is a great ground and pound guy. Just like Mark Coleman found out, Its hard to manhandle someone if you drop a lot of weight and fight small. Same with Shamrock. These 3 fighters are better when they are thicker.

personally, i think he should stay at welterweight and his next fight against marcus davis
