A & D are problematic while B & C are okay.

Antibiotics effective against bacteria have little impact on Archaea however they are sensitive to some antibiotics that affect the Eukarya

There is one theory that archaea arose from the gram positive bacteria due to antibiotic selection.

"In one plausible scenario, after certain group of Gram-positive bacteria developed the ability to produce different types of antibiotics, to survive in this strongly selective environment some sensitive bacteria underwent extensive changes in genes that provided the targets for these antibiotics. The changes leading to resistance were of different kinds including mutations, insertions/deletions, non-homologous recombinations as well as replacement of the target genes with non-orthologous genes. A prolonged and successive selection in this environment led to the eventual development of a resistant strain that had undergone extensive changes in many genes that were targets of these antibiotics, and this strain represented the common ancestor of present day Archaea [14,21,29,35]"
