i am a natural born Flipino-British, do i have to do some formalities, applications etc for I can use both my citizenships?
I already ask the British Embassy they told me there no formality needed for thier part.. ...

I already have british & Filipino passports, should I do any formalities? the dual citizenship law of the philippines does not apply on my case because I am natural born both Filipino and British because My father is a British while my mom is a Filipina, should i do some formalities or etc??

A filipino who voluntarily acquires another citizenship automatically loses Philippine citizenship. Here are some more rules:

EDIT: Since you already have both passports, both countries have accepted you as a full, permanent citizen. There is nothing else you need to do.

Register with the respective embassies of the Philippines and Britain to become a dual citizen.
