It comes out fine. I try and have a balance in my foods and usually do. But I poop like three times a day. I cannot sleep for longer than 6 hrs or so or my lower back and my tummy hurt because I have to poop so bad.

The only way I can get back to sleep after that is if I go spend some time on the toilet and then eat. Then I can go back to sleep.

Another thing is that I am always tired. I get fatigued after about six hrs or so and need rest.

Any ideas???

See your doctor. There are a lot of possible reasons for fatigue, and combined with frequent BMs this suggests either malabsorption or a rapid transit syndrome. It could also be thyroid abnormality.

I would suggest that you see a gastroenterologist.
You should have a colonoscopy done to see what is
happening inside your large intestines:
http://www.gihealth.com/html/test/colonoscopy.html
This is a test (procedure)where they place a scope up inside you that looks like a long tube with a camera on the end.
You can be sedated when they do this and not remember
anything till you awake in the recovery room.

This may be caused by eatting certain foods that your
body is not able to handle or medications you are taking.
It may be caused by having irritable bowel or it could
be the starting of other intestinal diseases like crohns or
ulcerative colitis.

Here is a link on irritable bowel:
http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ibs_ez/index.htm
Here are patient pamphlets on other intestinal diseases:
http://www.gihealth.com/html/education/pamphlets.html

No one here can tell you for certain what this is. The doctor
will probably do blood work first and then the colonscopy.
If you are losing alot of fluids, during this time, from your
bowels...you may be becoming dehydrated and your
electrolyte balance could be off...which would make you
tired. I hope you will see a doctor soon to find out the
true cause and be treated for it.
