No, there is no way your fiance will be allowed to stay with you because you'll be required to live in the barracks/dorms while in tech school. The Air Force isn't in the business of allowing people to shack up in the dorms. Sorry.Even spouses can't live with their hubby or wife while the other is in school. And if you're thinking of sneaking him into your dorm, don't. It's not wise. Shouldn't have to tell you what an Article 15 can do for your social and professional life.
You MIGHT be able to get him a room in Visitor's Quarters during a holiday weekend but that depends upon lots of things. Check with Billeting to see how that would work. Either way, you may still be under curfew restrictions as a student so I wouldn't count on being able to spend weeknights with him at all.
Your only other option is a local motel.

During BCT no you do not qualify for military housing at all, he will receive BAH w/dependents based on the zip code he resided at when he enlisted. For Tech School if it is longer than 21 weeks in one location then the military can authorize the move to that location, but he would not be able to live with you until after around week 9. You would not qualify for housing because you are there less than 6 months which is the minimum housing lease contract. But the military would still pay for the move there and you can find a place out in town. There can actually be a wait for housing that is over 1 year in some locations. You can live out in town and use the BAH to pay for rent & utilities.

No, of course not. Even the married spouses of other airmen won't be allowed to live with their active duty spouse during tech school unless it's a school that's at least 6 months long.
Take it off base to the Holiday Inn Jr. like everybody else does.

No. There are quarters for unmarried personnel and quarters for married personnel. Those for unmarried personnel are dormitory-style and no non-military person can co-habitate there. If you violate that policy you could be subject to disciplinary action under Article 134 of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice.

No. The military will not give your boyfriend access to a Military installation any time he wants it. He will have to leave at taps every night.
