Moses was already dead when Jesus was born. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that God forced Moses to learn the Ten Commandments in 40 days.
I see you are woefully short on your Bible knowledge.

Jesus was not the one who abolished the laws of Moses that God gave Moses. Jesus Christ was an observant Jewish man - based on the sources I have heard.
The followers of Jesus who decided that Christians did not have to be circumcised and follow the Kosher laws, are the ones who were guilty of changing God's laws to appeal to the masses who could not follow laws they did not grow up knowing.
In the Christian belief Jesus is God - so he gave the laws to Moses in the first place.

Jesus talked with Moses and Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration experience to explain to them that He was fulfilling, not abolishing the Law.

Uhmm, dude, Jesus did not abolish the Law, he came to fulfill them. "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." Matthew 5:17. The Law that Christ is refering to here is God's Moral Law, The 10 Commandments.

Jesus DIDN'T abolish the Mosaic Law. "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill." (Matt. 5:17.) And again: "Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or tittle shall nowise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven" (Matt. 5:18,19.)
It's easy to see why "Christians" want to THINK they're exempt from the utterly barbaric and savage old Law of Moses - except when it's convenient for persecuting homosexuals - but I don't see how they get around these and other "red letter" verses that explicitly state that that Law is still in effect.
No, wait - I get it - Jesus simply abolished the penalties for violating the Law - is that it? So God no longer demands, e.g., that you kill your disobedient children, because He's already been sated on the blood of His own Son in their stead. Makes perfect sense. Go ahead and eat shellfish, and wear two kinds of fabric - God's no longer pissed, because we nailed His Son to the cross. But the homos are still an abomination.
I honestly pity the people who believe these things.

ok, my friend, who chose you and for what? Even I a nonChristian know that Jesus followed the commandments that his Daddy put in place. The only thing Jesus did away with was the sacrifices. Apparently people couldn't even get that right and Jesus was the living sacrifice to end all sacrifices as a way of getting back to God.

there is no abolishment made here...
the old testament is the precursor of the new testament...
that means it is reflective of the real intention of the laws...
the laws were actually condensed into two:
"Love God with all your heart and with all your soul."
"Love your fellow man as you would love God."
If you sincerely follow the new commandments.. you will not want to disobey the earlier ones as it shows the specific guidelines... further to that... the new law covers even more aspect of contemporary living that was not explicitly discussed on the laws from the old testament. §
Plus Moses is already dead at that time... he took it 'from the grave' ... so to speak. lol

There were two dispensations. One is under the law and the other is under grace. Neither is "abolished. "
By the same token, there are two ways into heaven. (1) live a sinless life according to the law or (2) by the grace of Christ. (Only Jesus could do #1. )

JESUS didnt abolish all the laws.HE abolished the penalties that were the law.The same sins you find in the new testament you will find in the old.We are still to live HOLY.
GOD didnt "force" him to learn those laws, he did it willingly.Moses even argued for GOD'S namesake when GOD was going to destroy Israel for worshipping a calf.Moses said "LORD please dont do it, your enemies will say you brought them out here to kill them because you could not deliver them. Most people hate thhe thought of slavery, yet this is what GOD delivered the Israelis from.

Moses was born over 1,500 years before Jesus, so he had been gone for quite some time before Jesus did whatever it is you think he did, therefore not taking it at all.
