i put it in my green tea and milk or sometimes eat it with bread n butter.. what is the benefit of it anyway?

Libby I've read that on the lables, to not give honey to underage kids.. why is that??

I love honey on Toast with butter. You can substitute honey for any sweetener. It is a healthier alternative.

Honey is very nearly the perfect natural food.

It is good in marinades, and sauces. It is great in cakes and drinks.

Some of my favorite recipes have honey in them.

I think it is supposed to boost your immunity against hayfever if you are allergic to whatever the bees are pollinating

it soothes sore throats and is much healther than sugar and sweetners
