remember the torture policies he accepted which broke the geneva convention? he put the troops in prison but he gave them confirmation to treat them that way. i was head of the security council, i'll force my way in to the white house and put him on trial for war crimes. i believe in pure justice. just because he has great power doesnt mean he can abuse it!
Your opinion?

I would encourage you to read the Geneva Conventions. Nothing George Bush has done is in violation of the Geneva Conventions. I attached a link.

I would also encourage you to learn what the responsibilities of the National Security Council are. I provided a link for you. Just to let you know, the President chairs the National Security Council, so I find your statement confusing.

This is exactly the type of rhetoric that frustrates me. You seem to be armed with emotion, but not fact. I'm not trying to be critical, but you must learn to better frame you arguments and present fact if you want serious debate.

Not one enemy we fight in Iraq or Afghanistan for that matter are signatories of the Geneva Conventions, and they break all the edicts of the conventions, which means that even had they signed it... they would lose all protections of it. Basically, if you hide in civillian clothing, you can be shot as a spy without a trial.

And nothing that the US has done has broken any of the Geneva Conventions. All you whining people have are accusations that you cannot prove. There is no proof! No evidence, yet you still want a trial.

You cannot be tried of crimes that have not been commited.

Take this question to the Justice Department , United States of America. Maybe they can do a better job of answering your question.

"Realpolitik". The USA is a super power so who is going to arrest him regardless of whether he is guilty or not? The losers in a war are punished for war crimes not the victor. Sad but true.
