Wow...I suggest you go through Matthew, Mark, Luke and John for your answer. These four disciples recorded the life of Jesus. We are to live a life pleasing to the Lord. If we want to know how to lead this lifestyle, we have to establish a relationship with Christ through prayer and reading the Bible. God speaks to us through His Word. Everything we need to know about life as a Christian can be found in the Bible. We are also called to lead others to Christ before His return. In order to do this, we must continually study the word and put what we learn into practice. That's what being a Christian is all about. A CHRISTian is a follower of Christ. Jesus is our example of how we are to live our lives while here on the earth. It's not always easy to do, but we have faith that it will be well-worth it in the end!

We are supposed to know we are sinners. Everyone has sinned. We have to accept Jesus as our savior and repent our sins. The instructions are all over the Bible. The 10 commandments. We should love each other. I think that's the most important one because if you loved someone you wouldn't do anything bad to them which basically covers the 10 commandments in Exodus 20. We should pray continually to thank God and ask for forgiveness when we sin.

There's a whole book of instructions available called the Bible. Jesus wants us to live our lives so that He can be seen through the love we give and the things we do. While we await his return, we live like he is coming back today.

always be ready. Love everyone as yourself and love God more than anyone or anything. Something as simple as a tv show could become an idol if you spend too much time with it. Pray and then read the Bible, the word is divinely inspired and the Holy Spirit works through it.

The Great Commission.

Go into all the world, and preach the good news to all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have taught you.

Paraphrase of Matthew 28:18

Just obey him and make sure that if He came at this very moment you would be certain that you would go up with Him. If that's not the case, you need to start getting closer to Him. Whatever you do, just try to get closer to Him each day and obey his commandments and live the kind of life He would want you to live..and also make sure that you start talking to people about Him..talking about Him to Christians is all good but most importantly you should talk to people who actually need Him and just try to bring as many souls to Him as you can in your life.

Jesus wants us to love him (by praying/hanging out/talking to Him or worshiping Him like going to church to be with other Christians), love others (including our enemies even), and tell others about him so that they can love him too! :D

And the set of instructions he left us with is the Bible. It's kinda like an owners' manual (tee hee) for ourselves. It tell us about God and His Son, about other people (like marriage relationships or what to do when a friend has wronged you), and about ourselves! It also tells us what NOT to do like steal and murder. It even explains how we were made and even WHY He made us! How cool is that! :D :D

If you want to learn from the beginning, like how we were made, I suggest start reading in Genesis.

If you want to learn more about Jesus, start in Matthew.

God Bless.

We're supposed to keep kosher, eat fish on Friday, not block the aisle if we engage in premarital sex, and vote for Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich.

We're also supposed to wear beards instead of rounding the face, not wear clothes made of mixed fabrics, sort our recyclables, and park on the alternate side of the street on the day the street sweeper comes by.

Go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). Something I wish all Christians would do.
