Search for CutePDF, download, and install it. It apears as a printer. When you select to print with it, it prompts to save as a PDF

I would recommend pdf995.com. When I downloaded it, it was free. Plug and play. Unfortunately you can only print one tab at a time. But, I posted a work around this morning. Here it is again.

That is entirely dependent on the software that you use to make pdf files. Some will some won't.

What I do is to use the inherent windows print driver and print to file.

Go To File>Print. Select the drop down box and select Microsoft Office Document Image Writer. At the bottom of the dialog box select Entire workbook. Windows will prompt you to name the file. Enter a name, it doesn't matter because you won't save it anyway. Click OK.

When the document image writer opens go to File>Print. In the printer dialog box select your pdf print driver. All of the pages from the entire workbook will print to pdf.

To put into a Word doc:
cl the Table Select button (to the left of A, above #1)
the entire worksheet is selected
Edit
Copy (to be safe, copy instead of cut)
Open a new Word document
Paste
It will read in as a Word Table
Save it as a Word document

Unfortunately, unlike the free Open Office suite,

http://www.openoffice.org/

Microsoft's inferior, expensive "Microsoft Excel" doesn't come with the ability to save a document as a PDF. To do this, you'll need to get an extra piece of software:
