Jesus Ascended into heaven about 40 days after his resurrection, so he never really died. As for updating the bible I think God has said all that he is going to say until the end of the days left on the earth. Maybe you should call him and see if he has anything he would like to add.

Act 1:1-3 & 9-11

Acts 1
Prologue
1 The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, 2 until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, 3 to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.
The Holy Spirit Promised

9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

You must not understand the Bible because it is just as relevant( if not more ) today than it was 2000 years ago.God's message does not change just because society does.

Jesus did not die again after his Resurrection. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right and of the Father.
To truly understand the Bible( Old and New Testament)look for any book by theologian Scott Hahn. It will help the Bible to make better sense to beginners and pros.

To answer the first part of your question, no.
We can't change God rules, nor should we even try, we don't have to keep up with the world.
After Jesus rose from the grave He was eventually taken up to heaven where He sits at Gods right hand. Read Act Chapter 1

They should get rid of the bible altogether. It is subject to interpretation by so many to fit their needs. After Jesus died, has anyone witnessed him rose from the dead? Who were the witnesses and what proof did they have dad Jesus rose from the dead.

All insights from prophets used symbolism of that timeframe. They lose their meaning and grow worthless if not updated as society learns and grows.

Look into Roscrucian beliefs. They are very close to the truth and have been updated along the way, one of the few.

Yes, the same issue resides with the Koran (Sorry that I can't spell it right). The Bible says that women can't pray with out something over their head, and 'good Christian women' are out there praying away with out a thing over their hair! That means we need to tweak a bit. But don't let the task fall on the Church or Goverments! They drive us away from our belifes and into theirs.

Yes. It should explain to people that the Bible never actually address homosexuality. Wanna know why? Back then gays weren't out. People didn't even know what homosexuality was.
