It is because of dryness in the eyes and you can put some drops to clear that after consulting a good eye doctor.yours

You may be feeling stressed or tired and not knowing. So have enough sleep and do some sports to relax and de-stress. It will go away after a while, without you even knowing it. Do push to hard to get it away or you will be stressing yourself otherwise.

Stress/nerves will usuall cause twitches...annoying? yes!! but they resolve on their own

my husband is an eye doctor....mine does it too...it is lack of sleep and stress....go take a nap...
